Thank you for your interest to participate at the EcoMobility World Festival & Congress 2017!

Registration Guideline

At the generosity of the host, Kaohsiung City, there is no registration fee or participation fee for the EcoMobility World Festival and Congress 2017, except for the City Tours.
If you would like to cancel your registration, please email ecomobility@iclei.org, this will help us in Congress planning.
Please indicate as soon as possible for any requests for visa support, interpreter services or other accommodations.
If you have dietary preferences, please be sure to mark on the space provided on the registration form when you register.
Certificate of attendance will be provided upon request and will be provided at the end of the Congress. Please indicate it at the registration form.
Please do not submit more than one registration form. If you have additional information, please email the information together with your last name and passport number/ ID to ecomobility@iclei.org.

Pre-Congress Workshop Registration

The Young Professional Workshop (1 October 2017,9:00-14:00) is targeted at young researchers and professionals with an interest in sustainable urban mobility and the urban environment. In order to receive a certificate at the end of the day, Young Professionals are also expected to attend the EcoMobility World Congress 2017 (2-4 October 2017). Tour Registration

The Hamasen Neighbourhood Tour (English) is free. This tour will lead everyone from Kaohsiung Port to Hamasen, allowing participants to experience the history of Kaohsiung and witness the regeneration of the Hamasen community and its integration with the concept of EcoMobility.
The Technical Tour is free of charge at the generosity of the host, City of Kaohsiung. Thus, we sincerely urge registrants to register only if you are participating.
The City Tours are organized by the City of Kaohsiung through local travel agencies. Prices of the city tours range from NT $58 to NT $78 per person, depending on how big the tour group is*. Prices include transportation, tour guide service, tax and insurance (NT $5,000,000 liability & NT $50,000 medical insurance per person).To learn more about the tours, please click here.
